The tactile and visual experience seems essential to us to fully appreciate the quality and authenticity of the rugs.
We strongly encourage our customers to take the time to see, touch and appreciate the true color of the rugs before purchasing. In addition, some stores offer the possibility of borrowing them for a test at home, to guarantee complete satisfaction.

As a potential buyer, if you particularly like a rug on the site, we will let you know the nearest decoration store.
It may well be that the store does not have this exact item, but you will be able to touch the quality of a similar rug to see the work done. It may be ordered with a delay if it is no longer available.

Stocks
We are here in the world of Crafts. It is not a digital machine that produces at a rate of X carpets per day. We are in human time and long time.
The rug is so carefully crafted that it will last for decades. And so it takes time to make a Berber carpet. Stocks move a lot. It is difficult to guarantee at any given moment that the chosen carpet is available. Either a similar rug is found, or the rug is made again with a delay.
Our purchasing and supply advice for boutiques
Have a rotating stock. Ideally, you should know what you are going to sell the most in order to anticipate your supplies by ordering the rugs two to three months in advance. Afterwards, you rotate the stock and you always plan in advance what you need in your store.
In the event of a large urgent order, it is possible to mobilize more female artisans for this type of order. Please note, this must remain exceptional and it will always be for a large order.
Sometimes unique design
If a customer is looking for a particular design, particular colors, we can create a model that will come as close as possible to their wishes.
Also, we will regularly submit to you before manufacturing, and ONLY for you, rug designs that seem interesting to us. If we have positive feedback, we will then start manufacturing it.
